Application Process
First, email, call to discuss the
eligibility requirements with one of our staff. If at all possible stop by
the school to pick up the application in person and to chat with a staff
member. If the requirements are met you will be asked to complete an
application, have a parent or guardian sign it, and return it to the school.
At that time an appointment
will be made for an interview with you, your parent(s) and a staff member
and a placement test given. Please be on time for all appointments or
call well in advance if you are unable to attend. The best time to
apply is spring or early summer, however, we do accept students mid-year. Before
you may begin attending class you must:

Be formally
accepted.

Have
completed all application forms.

Have your
parent or guardian meet with our financial officer to discuss how much
financial aid you will need to enable you to attend the Academy.

Provide a
drop slip and unofficial transcript from your previous school.

Pay the first
tuition installment.

Provide a
current health examination completed by your doctor including proof of immunizations.

Receive a
copy of the dress code and materials list and come properly dressed and with
all materials on the first day of class.
